You need 4 Plant Fibers and Tempered Glass Vial to make dye. Anyone know where I can find a Tempered Glass Vial?

Edit:
Doh, the same guy that makes the dye makes Tempered Glass Vials, but you need 5 Piles of Glitering Dust. Anyone know where to get that?

Salvage Enchanted Loadstones (Drops off Elementals) to get 1 Pile of Glitering dust

spider webs were a good source of glittering dust....there was another post searing source for glittering dust too though....imps or something... But tell me about this dye making, what colours can you choose? How much does it cost?

i found gargoyls in the catacombs dropped jeweled items that gave glittering dust

Outside of Sardelic Saniterium (South of Old Ascalon) there is a NPC named Parchment Maker Daved. I have not tried to make dye yet, but I do know what you need.

To make dye:
4 Plant Fibers (Salvage Grawl Necklace)
1 Tempered Vial (5 Piles of Glittering Dust [Salvage Enchanted Loadstones{Drop off Elementals}])

You need 5 Piles of Glitering dust to make the vial at Parchment Maker David.
